Palmer Coffee is a family-owned coffee company from Haviland, a small town in Kansas that we’re proud to call home.

We met as students at Barclay College, married in 2016, and are now raising our four kids in the same town where our story started. When we decided to start a business, we wanted to build something in this amazing community, something we could grow and that would give back to the people and place that have given so much to us. We also really love coffee, so that part was easy.

Palmer Coffee is a team effort, and that includes our kids, who will happily tell you they help out. Samantha keeps everything moving behind the scenes. Dylan designs every bag and runs the day-to-day.

We’re part of a specialty coffee collective that lets us choose our green coffee, set the roast profile for each one, and roast in small batches throughout the week. It’s how a family company in a small Kansas town can bring you specialty-grade coffee.
